Exchange Window
We offer a **7-Day Hassle-Free Exchange Policy**. If your shoes don't fit perfectly or you are not satisfied with the style, you can request an exchange within 7 days of delivery.
Requirement: Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original XStyle packaging.
Refund Policy
Cash refunds are exclusively provided in cases of **Manufacturing Defects** or if a **Wrong Product** was shipped.
For "Change of Mind" or "Size Issues," we offer store credit or direct exchanges for any other pair of your choice. This ensures you always end up with a product you love.
Shipping Costs
• XStyle Fault: If the product is faulty, we cover all shipping costs for the return and replacement.
• Customer Choice: For standard size exchanges, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our facility in Qazi Ahmed.
Exclusions
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following cannot be returned:
- • Shoes with scuffed/dirty soles
- • Items purchased during "Final Clearance" sales
- • Damage caused by improper use
